Nourish Relationships - Connect the dots
Have you ever been unable to see the forest for the trees? Do you believe your customers, clients and staff are any different? When was the last time you sat down with your team and explained how your world works? What about their world? Do they understand their impacts on the customer? Their impact on the project? Do you know how their world works? And what about those customers; how are you connecting their problems to solutions? Remember what is obvious to you is not obvious to all! Take some time and map things out for others. It may even help you differentiate the woods from the trees!
